Common use of No Accumulation of Rubbish Clause in Contracts

No Accumulation of Rubbish. Tenant shall not accumulate or store on or about the Premises any waste paper, discarded records, paper files, sweepings, rags, rubbish or other combustible matter other than the normal accumulation needed to conduct the Permitted Use of the Premises. Nothing shall be thrown by Tenant, its employees or guests, out of the windows or doors or down the passages or skylights or over balcony rails of the Buildings or in the parking areas.
