No Additional Claims. Neither Contractor nor Subcontractors shall have Claims for impact costs due to a Change Order. All money and time impacts associated with a Change Order shall be included in that Change Order. Contractor shall not be entitled to and shall not request, a Change Order, and shall make no Claims, after Owner Parties receive Contractor’s final Application for Payment that includes such changed Work.
