No Air Conditioning Without Permission. Not to install any window air-conditioning units anywhere in the said Apartment and not to change the manner of installation of air-conditioners in the bedrooms (if any) and in such areas where air-conditioners are not installed by the Promoter to install air-conditioners only in designated areas as approved by Promoter. The Apartment has been provided with ledge for outdoor unit of split air conditioning system and also the route to take refrigerant piping, which the Allottee shall have to strictly follow while installing AC units.

  • Actions Permitted without Express Authority The Custodian may in its discretion, without express authority from the applicable Fund on behalf of each applicable Portfolio: 1) Make payments to itself or others for minor expenses of handling securities or other similar items relating to its duties under this Agreement; provided that all such payments shall be accounted for to the Fund on behalf of the Portfolio; 2) Surrender securities in temporary form for securities in definitive form; 3) Endorse for collection, in the name of the Portfolio, checks, drafts and other negotiable instruments; and 4) In general, attend to all non-discretionary details in connection with the sale, exchange, substitution, purchase, transfer and other dealings with the securities and property of the Portfolio except as otherwise directed by the applicable Board.

  • OTHER LEAVE WITH OR WITHOUT PAY 17.01 In respect to applications for leave made pursuant to this Article, the employee may be required to provide satisfactory validation of the circumstances necessitating such requests.

  • DIRECT ORDERING WITHOUT A FURTHER COMPETITION 2.1 Subject to paragraph 1.2 above any Contracting Body ordering the Services under this Framework Agreement without holding a further competition shall: 2.1.1 develop a clear Statement of Requirements setting out its requirements for the Services; and 2.1.2 apply the Direct Award Criteria to the catalogue of the Services for all Suppliers capable of meeting the Statement of Requirements in order to establish which of the Framework Suppliers provides the most economically advantageous solution; and 2.1.3 on the basis set out above, award its Services Requirements by placing an Order with the successful Framework Supplier in accordance with paragraph 7 below.
