No Air Conditioning Without Permission. Not to install any window air-conditioning units anywhere in the said Apartment and not to change the manner of installation of air-conditioners in the bedrooms (if any) and in such areas where air-conditioners are not installed by the Promoter to install air-conditioners only in designated areas as approved by Promoter. The Apartment has been provided with ledge for outdoor unit of split air conditioning system and also the route to take refrigerant piping, which the Allottee shall have to strictly follow while installing AC units.
No Air Conditioning Without Permission. Not to install any window air-conditioning units anywhere in the said Apartment and to install Split or VRV make air-conditioners only in designated areas along with outdoor units as approved by Promoter.

The Allottee shall however be entitled to confirm its requirement of split air- conditioners or VRV system for the Apartment and in case of any such requirement, the Owner shall at the cost of the Allottee provide and install the required number of split air-conditioners / VRV system at the designated places and also have the same installed.
No Air Conditioning Without Permission not install any type of air-conditioners (window or split) in the Said Flat and /or any part of the Said Block since air conditioning is being done by Ideal in respect of the Said Flat provided however that the Buyer shall be responsible at the buyers own costs for maintenance, repairs and replacement of the air conditioning equipment provided by Ideal.
