No Assignment by Customer. You may not transfer or assign your Position or delegate any rights or duties under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Isagenix. Any attempt to transfer or make such assignment or delegation without prior written consent of Isagenix is ineffective and void ab initio. Isagenix has the right to transfer or assign any or all of its rights and to delegate any or all of its duties under this Agreement without your prior written consent. Such assignment or transfer will not affect your rights or our obligations under these Terms and Conditions.
No Assignment by Customer. 4.1 This Agreement is personal to the Customer and is not capable of assignment by the Customer, but this shall not prevent employees of the Customer using the Equipment in accordance with the terms of this agreement.
No Assignment by Customer. You agree that this TSA for your Vehicle and your use of Telematics Services on your Vehicle is personal to you and your Vehicle, and therefore you may not transfer or assign this TSA or any rights under this TSA to any third person, except as provided in Paragraphs 1 and 2 hereto, without the prior written consent of Prevost.
No Assignment by Customer. The Customer agrees and undertakes not to assign, charge or otherwise deal with this Agreement in any way. The Bank may, without notice or consent of the Customer, assign any rights under this Agreement, assign, transfer and/or delegate or sub-contract any rights or obligations under this Agreement to any other third party.
No Assignment by Customer. Customer shall not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Miva, which Miva may refuse in its sole and absolute discretion. Any attempt by Customer to assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Miva shall be null and void. Miva may assign this Agreement, without prior consent from Customer, which assignment shall be effective upon written notice provided to Customer.
No Assignment by Customer. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of MINISOFT and any successors and assigns. Customer shall have no right to assign or otherwise transfer its rights or obligations under this Agreement except with the prior written consent of MINISOFT, which MINISOFT in its sole discretion and for any reason or no reason provide or withhold.
No Assignment by Customer. Neither this Agreement, nor any rights, duties nor interest herein, will be assigned, transferred, subcontracted or sublicensed by Customer without iGrafx’s prior written consent. Any such action contrary to this Section 17 is void and constitutes a material default entitling iGrafx to terminate this Agreement.
No Assignment by Customer. Customer may not assign this Agreement without the prior written consent of Volusion, which Volusion may refuse in its sole discretion. Any attempt by Customer to assign this Agreement without prior written permission shall be deemed null and void. Volusion may assign this Agreement, which shall be effective upon written notice provided to Customer.
No Assignment by Customer. I will not assign my rights under this contract or sell the Property without your written consent. Any attempted assignment without such consent will be void. No assignment or sale will terminate or change my obligations to you under this contract.
No Assignment by Customer. Without Kobiton’s prior written consent, Customer shall not (i) assign, transfer, pledge, hypothecate, or otherwise dispose of the Products or any interest therein or (ii) sublet or lend the Products or permit them to be used by anyone other than Customer or Customer’s employees or contractor personnel. Any assignment, pledge, transfer, etc. of the Products in violation of this section shall be void. For use by your contractor personnel (x) any such use may only be on Customer’s behalf and not on behalf of anyone else, and (y) Customer must have any agreement with the contractor including obligations of confidentiality at least as protective of the Products and Kobiton as those in this Agreement.
