Customer Systems. Customer shall be responsible for obtaining and maintaining both the functionality and security of any equipment and ancillary services needed to connect to, access or otherwise use each Platform, including modems, hardware, servers, software, operating systems, networking, web servers and the like.
Customer Systems. Customer represents and warrants that it has the appropriate authorizations from the owner of the networks, systems, IP addresses, assets, and/or hardware on which it deploys the Service, or which it targets, scans, monitors, or tests with the Service.
Customer Systems. 9.1. The Customer shall ensure that the Customer Systems comply, and continue to comply during the Term, with the requirements of Section 3 of Schedule 1 (Hosted Services particulars) in all material respects, subject to any changes agreed in writing by the Provider.
Customer Systems. (a) Provider may access and use Customer Systems solely (i) to the extent expressly authorized by Customer in a SOW or otherwise in writing, (ii) to the extent necessary to provide the Services to Customer and for no other purpose and
Customer Systems. 7.1 The Customer shall ensure that the Customer Systems comply, and continue to comply during the Term, with the minimum computer hardware specifications which are published on the Provider’s website and which may be updated from time to time.
Customer Systems. Customer is solely responsible for providing, securing, and maintaining, at its own expense, all Customer Systems necessary for installing, accessing, and using the Licensed Products, including network access to the cloud-based speech recognition and CAPD components of the Licensed Products.
Customer Systems. Customer represents and warrants that it is authorized to instruct Rapid7 to deploy Service on, with, or against, the networks, systems, IP addresses, assets, and/or hardware identified by Customer, or which are targeted, scanned, monitored, or tested by the Service as instructed by Customer.
Customer Systems. Customer is responsible for (i) the acquisition, set‐up and maintenance of its own mobile device and/or desktop computer equipment, as applicable, and the competent operation thereof in accordance with the Documentation; (ii) providing Provider with such access to its computer systems as is necessary for Provider to provide the Software Services; and (iii) providing all cooperation and assistance as Provider may reasonably request to enable Provider to provide the Software Services.
Customer Systems. Customer will provide, at Customer’s expense, the Customer Systems. Customer will be responsible for any license or maintenance fees related to providing the Customer Systems for use by Aurum in connection with the Services. Customer will, at Customer’s expense, ensure that the Customer Systems are at all times compatible with the Aurum Systems and Aurum will have no liability hereunder for any delay or failure to perform Services which arises as a result of the failure of Customer to maintain any Customer System so that it is compatible with the Aurum Systems.
Customer Systems. (a) The Customer must use the necessary systems, as nominated by PRIME from time to time, in order to access and use the Software.
(b) The Customer will permit PRIME access to and use of the Customer Systems to the extent required for PRIME to perform its obligations under this Agreement. PRIME must only access and use the Customer Systems as necessary to perform its obligations under this Agreement and for no other purpose.
