No authority to Commit. The Franchisee, its agents and employees will not be the legal representatives, employees or agents of the BSNL for any purpose and have no right or authority to incur any expenses on behalf of the BSNL or to create, in writing or otherwise, obligations of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of BSNL excluding the rights and duties under this Agreement. The Franchisee shall make no representations inconsistent with the foregoing, but so long as this Agreement remains in force, the Franchisee shall be entitled to describe itself as the “Authorized Franchisee” of BSNL for the services in the territory.

The Contractor, its agents and employees are not the legal representatives, employees or agents of SMLI for any purpose and have no right or authority in incurring any expenses on behalf of SMLI or to assume or to create, in writing or otherwise, any obligations of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of SMLI and except to the extent specified herein.
No authority to Commit. Dealer is not authorized to, and shall not, create, enter into, or execute any contract, obligation, order, or other commitment, whether express or implied, which in any way obligates PMI in any manner to any third party, nor shall Dealer take any action that has the effect of creating the appearance of Dealer having such authority.
No authority to Commit. Referral Agent is not authorized to, and shall not, create, enter into,or execute any contract, obligation, order, or other commitment, whether express or implied, whichin any way obligates PMI in any manner to any third party, nor shall Referral Agent take any actionthat has the effect of creating the appearance of Referral Agent having such authority.

ISR is not authorized to, and shall not, create, enter into, or execute any contract, obligation, order, or other commitment, whether express or implied, which in any way obligates PMI in any manner to any third party, nor shall ISR take any action that has the effect of creating the appearance of ISR having such authority.

The e-Distributor, its agents and employees will not be the legal representatives, employees or agents of the BSNL for any purpose and have no right or authority to incur any expenses on behalf of the BSNL or to create, in writing or otherwise, obligations of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of BSNL excluding the rights and duties under agreement. The e-Distributor shall make no representations inconsistent with the foregoing, but so long as agreement remains in force, the e-Distributor shall be entitled to describe itself as the “Authorized e-Distributor” of BSNL for the services in the territory.
