No Available Work. 190. Employees shall receive no compensation when properly notified (2-hour notice) that work applicable to the classification is not available because of inclement weather conditions, shortage of supplies, traffic conditions, or other unusual circumstances. Employees who are not properly notified and report to work and are informed no work applicable to the classification is available shall be paid for a minimum of two hours. Employees who have been designated by their department as emergency personnel must report to work as scheduled unless otherwise notified by the Appointing Officer of designee.
