No Bond Required; Procurement of Insurance. Notwithstanding any state law to the contrary, the Trustee (including any successor Trustee) shall be exempt from giving any bond or other security in any jurisdiction. The Trustee is hereby authorized to obtain all reasonable insurance coverage for itself, its agents, representatives, employees or independent contractors, including, without limitation, coverage with respect to the liabilities, duties and obligations of the Trustee and its agents, representatives, employees or independent contractors under this Agreement.
