No Business with Cuba. Neither the Company nor any of its affiliates does business with the government of Cuba or with any person or affiliate located in Cuba within the meaning of Section 517.075, Florida Statutes.
No Business with Cuba. Each of the Guarantors and the Operating Partnership have complied and will comply with all the provisions of Florida Statutes, Section 517.075 (Chapter 92-198, Laws of Florida); neither the Company, the Operating Partnership nor any of the Subsidiaries or affiliates does business with the government of Cuba or any person or affiliate located in Cuba.
No Business with Cuba. Each of the Guarantors and the Operating Partnership, and, to the best of the Operating Partnership’s knowledge, LSI and the LSI Parent, have complied and will comply with all the provisions of Florida Statutes, Section 517.075 (Chapter 92-198, Laws of Florida); neither the Company, the Operating Partnership nor any of the Subsidiaries or affiliates, and, to the best of the Operating Partnership’s knowledge, neither LSI nor the LSI Parent, does business with the government of Cuba or any person or affiliate located in Cuba;
No Business with Cuba. The Company and its --------------------- subsidiaries have complied with all of the provisions of Florida H.B. 1771, codified as Section 517.075, of the Florida statutes, and all regulations promulgated thereunder relating to companies doing business with the Government of Cuba or with any person or any affiliate located in Cuba. The Company acknowledges that the Initial Purchaser and, for purposes of the opinions to be delivered to the Initial Purchaser pursuant to Section 5 hereof, counsel to the Company and counsel to the Initial Purchaser, will rely upon the accuracy and truth of the foregoing representations and hereby consents to such reliance.
