No Charge Leaves. A. Special Education Paraprofessional may be absent without loss of compensation or charge against leave days for the following reasons: B. When called and serving jury duty, and/or responding to a summons or subpoena. C. Funeral Leave - When a death occurs in an employee's immediate family as defined below, the employee, on request, will be excused from working up to three work days.
