No Consideration Paid. No commission or other remuneration has been paid by Company for soliciting the exchange of the Existing Shares for the Exchange Shares and Exchange Shares as contemplated hereby.
No Consideration Paid. No commission or other remuneration has been paid by the Holder for soliciting the exchange of the Existing Notes for the Securities as contemplated hereby.
