No Contractual or Donative Commitments. Seller has not made any contractual or donative commitments relating to the Property to any governmental authority, quasi-governmental authority, utility company, community association, homeowners’ association or to any other organization, group, or individual which would impose any obligation upon Buyer to make any contribution or dedication of money or land, or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property.
No Contractual or Donative Commitments. Seller has not entered into any, and to Seller's knowledge, there are no contractual or donative commitments relating to the Property to any governmental authority, quasi-governmental authority, utility company, community association, homeowners' association or to any other organization, group, or individual which would impose any obligation binding upon Purchaser to make any contribution or dedication of money (including, without limitation, mitigation fees) or land, or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property (other than impact fees that may arise in connection with Purchaser's development).
No Contractual or Donative Commitments. Except as may be disclosed in the Governmental Commitments, no contractual or donative commitments relating to any Property that are currently outstanding (or unfulfilled) have been made by, for or on behalf of any Seller to any Governmental Authority, quasi-governmental authority, utility company, community association, homeowners’ association or to any other organization, group, or other Person that would impose any obligation upon the Purchaser to make any contribution or dedication of money or land, or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off any Property.
No Contractual or Donative Commitments. No Seller Party has made any contractual or donative commitments relating to the Property to any governmental authority, quasi-governmental authority, utility company, community association, homeowners’ association or to any other organization, group, or individual which would impose any obligation upon Buyer to make any contribution or dedication of money or land, or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property.
No Contractual or Donative Commitments. Except as may be set forth in the Permitted Exceptions, Seller has not made any contractual or donative commitments relating to the Property to any governmental authority, quasi-governmental authority, utility company, community association, homeowners’ association or to any other organization, group, or individual which would impose any obligation upon Purchaser to make any contribution or dedication of money or land, or to construct, install or maintain any improvements of a public or private nature on or off the Property. References in this Contract to Seller’s “knowledge” shall mean the actual knowledge of Xxx Xxxx, Managing Director, The Xxxxxx Companies, without investigation or inquiry of any person or entity. Seller represents that such individual is familiar with the Property and in the best position to confirm the truth and accuracy of Seller’s representations and warranties. Seller shall have no duty to conduct any further inquiry in making any such representations and warranties, and no knowledge of any other person shall be imputed to Seller.
