COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. By purchasing the Unit, Purchaser automatically becomes a member of the Association. For further information regarding the common areas of the Condominium, Purchaser should refer to the Declaration. Purchaser acknowledges and understands that Purchaser will be required to pay assessments to the Association, and that in the event Purchaser defaults in payment of the assessments, the Association will have a lien on Purchaser’s Unit, which lien may be foreclosed in the manner prescribed by law for the foreclosure of mortgages.

COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. Most community association legal documents contain significant restrictions on the use of the Property and on the common property available for use by the community as a whole. COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. “Community Association” means the Tanglewood Golf Community Homeowner’s Association, of which all Owners of Units in Tanglewood Greenbrier are members. All Units in Tanglewood Greenbrier are subject to the jurisdiction of the Community Association, the Declaration and the PD Agreement.
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. Lessee agrees to abide by the West Sahara Community Association rules, regulations, and CC&R's, and agrees to reimburse Lessor for any fines incurred as a result of Lessee's negligence or willful act, or that of his employee, family, agent, or visitor.
