COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. By purchasing the Unit, Purchaser automatically becomes a member of the Association. For further information regarding the common areas of the Condominium, Purchaser should refer to the Declaration. Purchaser acknowledges and understands that Purchaser will be required to pay assessments to the Association, and that in the event Purchaser defaults in payment of the assessments, the Association will have a lien on Purchaser’s Unit, which lien may be foreclosed in the manner prescribed by law for the foreclosure of mortgages.
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. Most community association legal documents contain significant restrictions on the use of the Property and on the common property available for use by the community as a whole. Buyer is encouraged to obtain and review the community association legal documents to ensure that Buyer is familiar with the same and that such restrictions are acceptable to Buyer.
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. The Property is OR is not a part of a mandatory membership community association(s).
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. In the event the Property is part of a condominium or homeowner association, Tenant agrees to obey and abide by the declaration, covenants, by-laws, restrictions, rules and regulations promulgated from time to time by the council of unit owners of the condominium or the homeowner association, copies of which shall be provided to Tenant by Landlord prior to occupancy. Landlord shall not be liable to Tenant for the violation of any of the declarations, covenants, restrictions, rules and regulations or the provisions in any other lease by any other tenant or occupant in the development. Unless otherwise provided in the Lease, Landlord is responsible for payment of Condo/HOA fee. Tenant acknowledges receipt of applicable documents.
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. If the District Association fails to perform its maintenance responsibility as required herein and in the Community Declaration, the Community Association shall have a right of entry and may perform same and assess the cost thereof, all as provided in the Community Declaration.
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. Xxxxx understands and agrees that “Summit View Farms” has established an assessment to be made on each residential lot in SVF and the assessment for 201 is $ annually. The total assessment will be pro-rated and collected at the closing of the Real Estate Sales Contract. Buyer hereby acknowledges the receipt of the CC&Rs of Summit View Farms.
COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION. In the event that Buyer desires to finalize and record (or cause to be recorded) the Village 2 Owners Association Declaration in the Official Records before the Phase 3 Closing Date, then, prior to or concurrently with such recording, Buyer and Seller shall enter into a partial assignment and assumption agreement with respect to the rights of Buyer and/or the Village Developer, as applicable, as the declarants under the Village 2 Owners Association Declaration, in the form of Schedule 4.7(B) attached hereto and made a part hereof. The provisions of this Section shall survive each applicable Closing. 19.
