No Coordination with Debt Collectors. Neither the Ameriquest Parties nor its employees may compensate Debt Collectors for providing referrals nor may the Ameriquest Parties or its employees work in concert with Debt Collectors to pressure a Potential Borrower to obtain a Loan from an Ameriquest Party. Nothing in this Section IV.R shall prohibit the Ameriquest Parties from purchasing bulk mailing lists from Debt Collectors or receiving uncompensated referrals from Debt Collectors, whether or not solicited.
