NO CUTS IN SALARY. a. No teacher presently on staff shall incur a reduction in salary because of the implementation of this Agreement. b. Teachers currently on staff who would suffer a reduction in salary as a result of this Agreement will be paid in accordance with the letter of understanding attached to this Agreement and marked "Schedule "A".
