NO CUTS IN SALARY. 1. No employee covered by this Agreement shall suffer a reduction in salary solely as a result of implementation of this Agreement. 2. Salary is understood to mean basic pay and is determined by the employee's placement on the grid known as the "Salary Schedule" in this Agreement. Allowances are not included in the term "salary". 3. This article will not apply to temporary teachers or TTOC’s who may suffer a salary cut because of the movement to the Grand Forks Teachers’ Collective Agreement.
