No Demand of Member Capital. A Member shall not be entitled to demand or receive from the Company the return of the Member's Contribution or Capital Account, or the liquidation of the Member's Units, until the Company is dissolved in accordance with this Agreement.
No Demand of Member Capital. A Member shall not be entitled to demand or receive from the Company the liquidation of the Member's Units in the Company until the Company is dissolved in accordance with the provisions hereof, except only as expressly provided in Sections 6.6 and 8.4 below with respect to the Nonvoting Units.
