No Discrimination or Reprisals. i) The Employer agrees that there shall be no discrimination or reprisals exercised or practiced with respect to any employee who is a victim of a violent incident arising while in the performance of her or his assigned work. ii) No employer or person acting on behalf of an employer shall: (a) dismiss or threaten to dismiss a worker; (b) discipline or suspend or threaten to discipline or suspend a worker; (c) impose any penalty upon a worker; or (d) intimidate or coerce a worker, because the worker has acted in compliance with the OHSA or the regulations, or has complied with a workplace health and safety policy or program that requires a worker to file a report.
