No disposal of equipment. Subject to any contrary requirement at law or a pre-existing contract to which the Operator or ARTC is a party, the Operator and ARTC will not engage in conduct which would prejudice an investigation into an Incident, including the disposal of any equipment involved in such Incident (but only to the extent that such non-disposal is necessary to such investigation).
