No Employment Guarantee. Neither the Plan nor this Agreement nor any provisions under either shall be construed so as to grant Employee any right to remain in the employ of the Company and neither alters Employee’s at-will status.
No Employment Guarantee. Nothing in this Agreement nor in the Plan nor in the making of the Award shall confer on the Participant any right to or guarantee of continued employment with the Company or any of its subsidiaries or in any way limit the right of the Company or any of its subsidiaries to terminate the employment of the Participant at any time.
No Employment Guarantee. No provision of this Agreement shall confer any right upon the Employee to continued employment with any Participating Company.

No Employment Guarantee. This Agreement shall not be deemed to entitle Xxxxxx to continued employment with the Company, and the rights of the Company to terminate the employment of Xxxxxx shall continue as fully as if this Agreement were not in effect, subject to the provisions in Section 5 above.

PURCHASER FURTHER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES THAT THIS AGREEMENT, THE TRANSACTIONS CONTEMPLATED HEREUNDER AND THE VESTING SCHEDULE SET FORTH HEREIN DO NOT CONSTITUTE AN EXPRESS OR IMPLIED PROMISE OF CONTINUED EMPLOYMENT OF SERVICE OR SERVICE (WHETHER OR NOT AS AN EMPLOYEE) FOR THE VESTING PERIOD OR ANY PERIOD AT ALL, AND SHALL NOT INTERFERE WITH PURCHASER’S RIGHT OR THE COMPANY’S RIGHT TO TERMINATE PURCHASER’S RELATIONSHIP WITH THE COMPANY AT ANY TIME, WITH OR WITHOUT CAUSE OR NOTICE IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW.
