Employment of Xxxxxx. Griffon hereby employs Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxx hereby accepts employment with Griffon, in the positions and with the duties and responsibilities set forth below and upon such other terms and conditions as are hereinafter stated. Xxxxxx shall render services to Griffon principally at Griffon’s corporate headquarters, but he shall do such traveling on behalf of Griffon as shall be reasonably required in the course of the performance of his duties hereunder.
Employment of Xxxxxx. Corporation continues to employ Xxxxxx and Xxxxxx continues to accept employment, upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
Employment of Xxxxxx. Nathan's hereby continues to employ Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxx hereby accepts continued employment with Nathan's, in the positions and with the duties and responsibilities set forth below and upon such other terms and conditions as are hereinafter stated. Xxxxxx shall render services to Nathan's principally at Nathan's's corporate headquarters, but he shall do such traveling on behalf of Nathan's as shall be reasonably required in the course of the performance of his duties hereunder.
Employment of Xxxxxx. ALGT shall offer employment to Xxxxxx under the terms of an employment agreement (the “Employment Agreement”) to be entered into in connection with the Merger.
Employment of Xxxxxx. Asyst hereby employs Xxxxxx, and Xxxxxx hereby accepts employment with Asyst, in the positions and with the duties and responsibilities set forth below and upon such other terms and conditions as are hereinafter stated.
Employment of Xxxxxx. The Company agrees to employ Xxxxxx as the Company's Chief Operation Officer. Xxxxxx accepts such employment and agrees to act as an employee of the Company, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Employment of Xxxxxx. Subsequent to Closing, Purchaser shall employ Xxxxxx at a salary equal to (a) $5,000.00 per month net of withholding and FICA taxes; plus (b) health insurance coverage for Xxxxxx (and if Xxxxxx elects at his own expense, coverage for his spouse); plus (c) a 3/4 –ton pickup licensed for highway use (including Xxxxxx’x reasonable personal usage) suitable for hauling equipment, including Purchaser’s payment of all purchase installments, license fees, insurance and fuel. Xxxxxx agrees to serve as a superintendent of field operations for a minimum of the length of term of the Secured Convertible Debenture, health permitting. The employment terms set forth herein shall be evidenced by a written Employment Agreement executed by the parties at Closing.
