No Fee For Construction Management. NAI will have no claim under this Agreement for any fee or other compensation or for any reimbursement of internal administrative or overhead expenses (other than the out-of-pocket overhead expenses properly included in the Construction Budget, if any), it being understood that NAI is executing this Agreement in consideration of the rights expressly granted to it herein and in the other Operative Documents.
