No Illegal or Harmful Use. You may not Use the Font Software to produce or disseminate messages or materials that are illegal or harmful to humans, animals, or the environment, including but not limited to: forgery, disinformation, illegal pornography, the violation of human rights, gun violence, hate speech, and any form of discrimination such as harmful language concerning race, gender, age, caste, religion, or sexual orientation. Use of the Font Software in such a manner will result in the revocation of this End User License Agreement.

  • No Unlawful or Prohibited Use Intellectual Property You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to Northeast Financial Network that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site. All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of Northeast Financial Network or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto. Northeast Financial Network content is not for resale. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content.   • Illegal Use Tenant shall use the property for legal purposes only and other use, such as but not limited to, illegal drug use, abuse of any person, harboring fugitives, etc. shall cause termination of this agreement with no refund of rents or deposits.

  • NO ADMISSION OF WRONGDOING Employee agrees neither this Agreement and General Release nor the furnishing of the consideration for this Release shall be deemed or construed at any time for any purpose as an admission by Employer of any liability or unlawful conduct of any kind.

  • No Indirect Damages No Participant shall be liable to any other Participant for any indirect or consequential loss or similar damage such as, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of revenue or loss of contracts, regardless of whether such liability arises from a claim based in contract, warranty, tort or otherwise, provided such damage was not caused by a wilful act, gross negligence or by a breach of confidentiality.
