No Increase in Compensation. Any increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any employee or agent of Company (including, without limitation, any increase or change pursuant to any bonus, pension, profit sharing, retirement or other plan or commitment), or any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued;
No Increase in Compensation. Other than such thereof as has occurred in the ordinary course of business, any increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any employee of the Seller (including, without limitation, any increase or change pursuant to any bonus, pension, profit sharing, retirement or other plan or commitment), or any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued;
No Increase in Compensation. Other than as specified in any collective bargaining agreement as which a Seller is a party, any increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any employee or agent of a Seller (including, without limitation, except as and to the extent set forth in Schedule 4.8(c), any increase or change pursuant to any bonus, pension, profit sharing, retirement or other plan or commitment), or any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued;
No Increase in Compensation. Any material increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any employee of IRG or CNR, or any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued, other than (i) as set forth in Schedule 2.16(c) of the Disclosure Schedule, (ii) as required under any of the Plans (as defined in Section 2.18) or (iii) in the ordinary course of business or pursuant to pre-existing plans;
No Increase in Compensation. Except as disclosed in Schedule 3.6(c) hereto, any increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any employee or agent of a Fiskars Company (including, without limitation, any increase or change pursuant to any bonus, pension, profit sharing, retirement or other plan or commitment), or any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued, in any case other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice;
No Increase in Compensation. Except as set forth in Schedule 4.6(c), any increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any Employee or agent of Seller (including, without limitation, any increase or change pursuant to any bonus, pension, profit sharing, retirement or other plan or commitment), or any bonus or other employee benefit declared, obligated, granted, made or accrued;
No Increase in Compensation. Any increase in the compensation, salaries or wages payable or to become payable to any employee or agent of Seller or the UK Subsidiary (including, without limitation, any increase or change pursuant to any bonus, pension, profit sharing, retirement or other plan or commitment), or any bonus or other employee benefit declared, obligated, granted, made or accrued, other than in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practice;
No Increase in Compensation. Any increase above $25,000 in the compensation, salaries, commissions or wages payable or to become payable to any employees or agents of any Company who perform services primarily for the benefit of the Business or whose compensation is reflected on the Financial Statements, including any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued in respect of such employees or agents, or any increase in the number of such employees or agents (including any increase pursuant to any Employee Plan/Agreement or other commitment except in the ordinary course of Business consistent with past practices).
No Increase in Compensation. Any increase in the compensation, salaries, commissions or wages payable or to become payable to any employees or agents of MR, including any bonus or other employee benefit granted, made or accrued in respect of such employees or agents, or any increase in the number of such employees or agents.
No Increase in Compensation. Any increase in the compensation, salaries, commissions or wages payable or to become payable to any employees of Company whose annual compensation exceeds $75,000, including any bonus, (other than any increase that is made, or bonus that is paid, as required by the terms of any Benefit Plan), or any increase in the number of employees whose annual compensation exceeds $75,000.
