No Interest in Suppliers. Customers, Landlords or Competitors. Neither the Sellers nor any member of their families have any interest of any nature whatever in any supplier, customer, landlord or competitor of DIGITAL.
No Interest in Suppliers. Neither the Company nor the Shareholder has any direct or indirect equity interest in, or power to control the business or affairs of, or intention to acquire such interest in or control of, any person that is a manufacturer, supplier, lender, lessor or provider of services or equipment to the Company.
No Interest in Suppliers. Customers, Creditors or Competitors. Neither JHF nor any principal or executive of JHF nor any member of their respective families has any interest of any nature whatever in any supplier, creditor or competitor of any of the Projects.

Colonial, SP and the Operating Companies have no direct or indirect equity interest in, or power to control the business or affairs of, or intention to acquire such interest in or control of, any person or entity that is an assisted living or skilled nursing, supplier, lender, lessor or provider of services or equipment to, or any entity or person that renders services in, the industry in which Colonial, SP or the Operating Companies are engaged, except that certain of the entities as shown on Schedule 2.30 have entered into contracts for pharmaceutical services with Rx Care, LLC and certain of the entities shown on Schedule 2.30 have entered into contracts for physical rehabilitation services with Medical Business Management, Inc. d/b/a Shenandoah Therapies. Rx Care, LLC and Shenandoah Therapies are, or will be affiliates of SP.
No Interest in Suppliers. CUSTOMERS, LANDLORDS OR COMPETITORS. Neither the MPET PRINCIPALS nor any member of their families have any material interest of any nature whatever in any supplier, customer, landlord or competitor of MPET.
