Common use of No Joint Assessment Clause in Contracts

No Joint Assessment. Borrower shall not permit any Mortgage Loan Borrower or Maryland Owner to suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of any Individual Property with (a) any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from the related Individual Property, or (b) any portion of the related Individual Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the Lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to the Property.

Borrower shall not cause or permit any Mortgage Loan Borrower or Maryland Baltimore Owner to suffer, permit or initiate the joint assessment of any Individual Property with (a) with any other real property constituting a tax lot separate from the related such Individual Property, or and (b) which constitutes real property with any portion of the related such Individual Property which may be deemed to constitute personal property, or any other procedure whereby the Lien lien of any taxes which may be levied against such personal property shall be assessed or levied or charged to such real property portion of the Individual Property.
