Acceptable Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 6.3.1, in the event that an Acceptable Blanket Policy is in effect with respect to the Policies required pursuant to Section 5.1.1, deposits into the Insurance Account required for Insurance Premiums pursuant to Section 6.3.1 shall be suspended to the extent that Insurance Premiums relate to such Acceptable Blanket Policy. As of the date hereof, an Acceptable Blanket Policy is in effect with respect to the Policies required as of the Closing Date pursuant to Section 5.1.1.
Acceptable Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 6.2.1, if an Acceptable Blanket Policy is in effect with respect to the Policies required pursuant to Section 5.1.1, deposits into the Insurance Subaccount required for Insurance Premiums pursuant to Section 6.2.1 shall be suspended to the extent that Insurance Premiums relate to such Acceptable Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower may, by written notice to Lender given not less than ten (10) Business Days prior to a Payment Date, elect to reinstate, as of such Payment Date, deposits to the Insurance Subaccount with respect to the Insurance Premiums for one or more of the Policies required pursuant to Section 5.1.1 for which an Acceptable Blanket Policy is in effect. Further, if Borrower makes such an election, then Borrower may rescind such election by providing a written notice thereof to Lender, which notice shall be effective as of the Payment Date that follows such notice by more than ten (10) Business Days or such later Payment Date as Borrower specifies in its election.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower may, by written notice to Lender given not less than ten (10) Business Days prior to a Payment Date, elect to reinstate, as of such Payment Date, deposits to the Insurance Subaccount with respect to the Insurance Premiums for one or more of the Policies required pursuant to Section 5.1.1 for which an Acceptable Blanket Policy is in effect. Upon request of Administrative Agent, Xxxxxxxx shall provide evidence satisfactory to Administrative Agent that the Insurance Premiums payable in connection with such blanket insurance Policies are paid as soon as appropriate evidence is reasonably available. As of the date hereof, an Acceptable Blanket Policy is in effect with respect to the Policies required as of the Closing Date pursuant to Section 5.1. Section 6.4
Acceptable Blanket Policy. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in Section 3.3(a)(ii), for so long as an Acceptable Blanket Policy is in effect with respect to the Policies required pursuant to Section 7.1.2, Borrowers shall not be required to make monthly deposits on account of Insurance Premiums into the Insurance Subaccount; provided, however, Borrowers’ obligations to make the payments required under Section 3.3(a)(ii) hereof shall immediately resume and shall continue until the end of the Term if any of the following occur: (1) an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, (2) Borrowers fail to furnish to Lender receipts for the payment of all Insurance Premiums (in each case, promptly following the applicable due dates) or other evidence of such payment reasonably satisfactory to Lender, (3) Borrowers fail to furnish to Lender evidence of the renewal of any expiring Policy promptly following the expiration thereof, or (4) such Acceptable Blanket Policy is no longer in effect with respect to the Policies required pursuant to Section 7.1.2 hereof.

As of the date hereof, an Acceptable Blanket Policy is in effect with respect to the Policies required as of the Closing Date pursuant to Section 5.1.1.

  • Blanket Policy Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Article 13. Lessee or Lessor may bring the insurance provided for herein within the coverage of a so-called blanket policy or policies of insurance carried and maintained by Lessee (or Manager) or Lessor; provided, however, that the coverage afforded to Lessor and Lessee will not be reduced or diminished or otherwise be different from that which would exist under a separate policy meeting all other requirements of this Lease by reason of the use of such blanket policy of insurance, and provided further that the requirements of this Article 13 are otherwise satisfied.

  • Blanket Policies Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Section 6.03, any insurance which Lessee is required to obtain pursuant to this Section 6.03 may be carried under a “blanket” policy or policies covering other properties or liabilities of Lessee provided that such “blanket” policy or policies otherwise comply with the provisions of this Section 6.03.

  • Acceptable Insurers All insurance policies shall be issued by an insurance company currently authorized by the Insurance Commissioner to transact business of insurance or is on the List of Approved Surplus Line Insurers in the State of California, with an assigned policyholders’ Rating of A- (or higher) and Financial Size Category Class VII (or larger) in accordance with the latest edition of Best’s Key Rating Guide, unless otherwise approved by the City’s Risk Manager.

  • Blanket Bond If Purchaser furnishes an acceptable bond, or deposits securities, in accordance with B4.3, to guarantee payment for timber from this and other timber sales within the same National Forest, the amount of such bond or deposited securities shall be al- located to such timber sales by Forest Service. When there is to be no timber cutting hereunder for 30 days or more and payment of current charges has been made, the allocation to this timber sale shall be reallocated to other timber sales at Purchaser’s request. Purchaser shall not start cutting hereunder until this timber sale re- ceives an allocation that will meet the obligation for pay- ment guarantee.

  • Acceptable Use Policy Agreement I understand that I must use school IT systems in a responsible way, to ensure that there is no risk to my safety or to the safety and security of the IT systems and other users. • I understand that the school will monitor my use of the IT systems, email and other digital communications. • I will treat my username and password like my toothbrush – I will not share it, nor will I try to use any other person’s username and password. • I will be aware of “stranger danger”, when I am communicating on-line. • I will not disclose or share personal information about myself or others when on-line. • If I arrange to meet people off-line that I have communicated with on-line, I will do so in a public place and take an adult with me. • I will immediately report any unpleasant or inappropriate material or messages or anything that makes me feel uncomfortable when I see it on-line. • I understand that the school IT systems are primarily intended for educational use and that I will not use the systems for personal or recreational use unless I have permission to do so. • I will not try (unless I have permission) to make large downloads or uploads that might take up internet capacity and prevent other users from being able to carry out their work. • I will not use the school IT systems for on-line gaming, on-line gambling, internet shopping, file sharing, or video broadcasting (e.g. YouTube), unless I have permission of a member of staff to do so. • I will respect others’ work and property and will not access, copy, remove or otherwise alter any other user’s files, without the owner’s knowledge and permission. • I will be polite and responsible when I communicate with others, I will not use strong, aggressive or inappropriate language and I appreciate that others may have different opinions. • I will not take or distribute images of anyone without their permission. • I will only use my personal hand held / external devices (mobile phones / USB devices etc) in school if I have permission.   • Standard Hazard and Flood Insurance Policies For each Mortgage Loan (other than a Cooperative Loan), the Master Servicer shall maintain, or cause to be maintained by each Servicer, standard fire and casualty insurance and, where applicable, flood insurance, all in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the related Servicing Agreement, as applicable. It is understood and agreed that such insurance shall be with insurers meeting the eligibility requirements set forth in the applicable Servicing Agreement and that no earthquake or other additional insurance is to be required of any Mortgagor or to be maintained on property acquired in respect of a defaulted loan, other than pursuant to such applicable laws and regulations as shall at any time be in force and as shall require such additional insurance. Pursuant to Section 4.01, any amounts collected by the Master Servicer, or by any Servicer, under any insurance policies maintained pursuant to this Section 9.16 or any Servicing Agreement (other than amounts to be applied to the restoration or repair of the property subject to the related Mortgage or released to the Mortgagor in accordance with the applicable Servicing Agreement) shall be deposited into the Collection Account, subject to withdrawal pursuant to Section 4.02. Any cost incurred by the Master Servicer or any Servicer in maintaining any such insurance if the Mortgagor defaults in its obligation to do so shall be added to the amount owing under the Mortgage Loan where the terms of the Mortgage Loan so permit; provided, however, that the addition of any such cost shall not be taken into account for purposes of calculating the distributions to be made to Certificateholders and shall be recoverable by the Master Servicer or such Servicer pursuant to Section 4.02.

  • Opinion and Negative Assurance Letter of Counsel for the Underwriters The Representatives shall have received on and as of the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, an opinion and negative assurance letter of Xxxxxx LLP, counsel for the Underwriters, with respect to such matters as the Representatives may reasonably request, and such counsel shall have received such documents and information as they may reasonably request to enable them to pass upon such matters.
