Kansas Lottery means the state agency created by this act to operate a lottery or lotteries pursuant to this act.

Examples of Kansas Lottery in a sentence

  • No remedy conferred upon or reserved to the Kansas Lottery in this Agreement is intended to be exclusive of any other available remedy, but each and every such remedy will be cumulative and in addition to every other remedy given under this Agreement or now or hereafter existing at law or in equity.

  • This Agreement will inure to the benefit of, and will be binding upon, the State of Kansas, the Kansas Lottery, Manager, and their respective successors and assigns.

  • The Company entered into a 15-year management contract (which expires in February 2027) with the Kansas Lottery to develop, construct, and operate the facility.
