No Limitation of Obligations. The insurance requirements in this Agreement, including the types and limits of insurance coverage CONSULTANT must maintain, and any approval of such insurance by the CITY, are not intended to and shall not in any manner limit or qualify the liabilities and obligations otherwise assumed by CONSULTANT pursuant to this Agreement, including but not limited to any provisions in this Agreement concerning indemnification.
