Construction Licence definition

Construction Licence means a temporary written licence granted in the Company’s standard form relating to specified access rights and storage within the Estate in connection with specified construction works being undertaken by a Park Household or a Park Business.
Construction Licence has the meaning given to it in Clause 7.1(a).

More Definitions of Construction Licence

Construction Licence means this construction licence and includes all Schedules, Exhibits, Attachments and Annexures to it. Cost has the meaning given in clause 10(g).

Controller has the meaning it has in the Corporations Act. Corporations Act means the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).
