Common use of No Lockout Clause in Contracts

No Lockout. The City will not lock out any employees during the term of this Agreement as a result of a labor dispute with the Union so long as there is good faith compliance with this Article, unless the City cannot efficiently operate in whole or in part due to a breach of Section 9.1.
