No Loss of Unvested Benefits; No Distributions. The transfer of any SpinCo Group Employee’s employment to the SpinCo Group will not result in loss of that SpinCo Group Employee’s unvested benefits (if any) under the KAR Savings Plan, which benefit liability will be assumed under the SpinCo Savings Plan as provided herein. No SpinCo Group Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the KAR Savings Plan or SpinCo Savings Plan as a result of such transfer of employment.
No Loss of Unvested Benefits; No Distributions. The transfer of any UpstreamCo Group Employee’s employment to the UpstreamCo Group will not result in loss of that UpstreamCo Group Employee’s unvested benefits (if any) under the applicable Parent Savings Plan, the Liability for which benefits will be assumed under the corresponding UpstreamCo Savings Plan as provided herein. No UpstreamCo Group Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the Parent Savings Plan or UpstreamCo Savings Plan as a result of such transfer of employment.
No Loss of Unvested Benefits; No Distributions. The transfer of any Transferred Employee’s employment to the Baxalta Group will not result in loss of that Transferred Employee’s unvested benefits under the Baxter IIP or the Baxalta IIP Plan and no Transferred Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the Baxter IIP as a result of such transfer of employment.
No Loss of Unvested Benefits; No Distributions. The Transferring Employees will not lose their unvested benefits (if any) under the ESOP, which shall be assumed by CSWI as provided herein. No Transferring Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the ESOP as a result of such transfer of employment nor shall any Capital Southwest Company Employee be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit that is transferred from the ESOP to the Capital Southwest 401(k) Plan as a result of the Share Distribution.

The transfer of any Adient Group Employee’s employment to the Adient Group shall not result in loss of that Adient Group Employee’s unvested benefits (if any) under the Xxxxxxx Controls U.S. Savings Plan, which benefit Liability will be assumed under the Adient U.S. Savings Plan as provided herein. No Adient Group Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the Xxxxxxx Controls U.S. Savings Plan or Adient U.S. Savings Plan as a result of such transfer of employment.

The transfer of any Transferred Employee’s employment to the AbbVie Group will not result in loss of that Transferred Employee’s unvested benefits under the Abbott ARP or the AbbVie Pension Plan and no Transferred Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the Abbott ARP as a result of such transfer of employment.
No Loss of Unvested Benefits; No Distributions. The transfer of any Abbott Retained Employee’s employment to Xxxxxx XX will not result in loss of that Abbott Retained Employee’s unvested benefits under the AbbVie PR Savings Plan or the Xxxxxx XX SRP- New, and no Abbott Retained Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the AbbVie PR Savings Plan as a result of such transfer of employment.
No Loss of Unvested Benefits; No Distributions. No Veoneer Group Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the Autoliv U.S. Savings Plan or Veoneer U.S. Savings Plan as a result of such transfer of employment to the Veoneer Group.
No Loss of Unvested Benefits; No Distributions. The transfer of any nVent Group Employee’s employment to the nVent Group shall not result in loss of that nVent Group Employee’s unvested benefits (if any) under the Pentair U.S. Savings Plan, which benefit Liability will be assumed under the nVent U.S. Savings Plan as provided herein. No nVent Group Employee shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the Pentair U.S. Savings Plan or nVent U.S. Savings Plan as a result of such transfer of employment.
No Loss of Unvested Benefits; No Distributions. The transfer of any AFI Group Defined Benefit Plan Participant’s employment to the AFI Group will not result in the loss of that AFI Group Defined Benefit Plan Participant’s unvested accrued benefits (if any) under the AWI Pension Plan, which benefit liability shall be assumed under the AFI Pension Plan as provided herein. No AFI Group Defined Benefit Plan Participant shall be entitled to a distribution of his or her benefit under the AWI Pension Plan or the AFI Pension Plan as a result of such transfer of employment.
