Common use of No Maintenance Clause in Contracts

No Maintenance. It is understood that Columbia will provide no maintenance or installation services of any kind hereunder. Columbia may, in their sole discretion, use reasonable efforts to assist Schrödinger in correcting errors in the Licensed Software brought to Columbia’s attention by Schrödinger; provided, however, that Columbia will not be considered in breach of this Agreement if it either is unable to do so after reasonable efforts or elects not to do so.
