No Noxious or Offensive Activity. No noxious or offensive activity shall be carried on upon any Lot nor shall anything be done or placed on any of the Property which is or may become a nuisance or cause embarrassment, disturbance or annoyance to others.

  • Outside Activity A. Although an employee may, in accordance with Article 19, Conflict of Interest/Outside Activity, engage in outside activity, including employment, pursuant to a consulting agreement, requirements that an employee waive the employee's or University's rights to any work or inventions which arise during the course of such outside activity must be approved by the President or representative.

  • Inactivity If you do not log on for one hundred eighty (180) days or more and have no outstanding scheduled Payments or transfers through eBanking, Mobile Deposit and Bill Payment, we may cancel your Service without further notice.

  • COUNTERFEIT WORK (a) The following definitions apply to this clause:

  • Violence (a) The parties agree that violence shall be defined as any incident in which an employee is abused, threatened or assaulted while performing his or her work. The parties agree it includes the application of force, threats with or without weapons and severe verbal abuse. The parties agree that such incidents will not be condoned. Any employee who believes he/she has been subjected to such incident shall report this to a supervisor who will make every reasonable effort to rectify the situation.   • Disorderly Conduct The Contractor shall at all times take all reasonable precautions to prevent any unlawful, riotous or disorderly conduct by or amongst its personnel, and to preserve peace and protection of people and property in the neighbourhood of the Works.

  • No Additional Work or Material No claim for additional services, not specifically provided in this contract, performed or furnished by the contractor, will be allowed, nor may the contractor do any work or furnish any material not covered by the contract unless the work or material is ordered in writing by the Project Director and approved by the Agency Head.

  • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership. Neither the Partnership nor any of the Limited Partners shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any such business ventures, interest or activities. None of the Limited Partners nor any other Person shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement or the partnership relationship established hereby in any such business ventures, interests or activities, and the General Partner shall have no obligation pursuant to this Agreement to offer any interest in any such business ventures, interests and activities to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, even if such opportunity is of a character which, if presented to the Partnership or any Limited Partner, could be taken by such Person.

  • Serious Misconduct In the case of serious misconduct, or for disqualifying crimes as defined in statutes applied to the licensed provision of home care services, each Employer may in its sole discretion, for reasonable cause, bypass any one or all of the steps of progressive discipline. In the case of any form of discipline less than termination, the employee’s disciplinary action shall include a description of the conduct that is the basis for the disciplinary action(s). Each Employer will strive to identify specific corrective action(s) that the employee is expected to take to improve his/her performance.

  • Illegal Activity No portion of the Property has been or will be purchased with proceeds of any illegal activity.

  • Vandalism Or Malicious Mischief This peril does not include loss to property on the "residence premises", and any ensuing loss caused by any intentional and wrongful act com- mitted in the course of the vandalism or malicious mischief, if the dwelling has been vacant for more than 60 consecutive days immediately before the loss. A dwelling being constructed is not consid- ered vacant.
