Common use of No Other Employment; Minimum Time Commitment Clause in Contracts

No Other Employment; Minimum Time Commitment. During the Period of Employment, the Executive shall (i) devote substantially all of the Executive’s business time, energy and skill to the performance of the Executive’s duties for the Company, (ii) perform such duties in a faithful, effective and efficient manner to the best of Executive’s abilities, and (iii) hold no other employment. The Executive’s service on the boards of directors (or similar body) of charitable or other business entities at any time during the Period of Employment is subject to the continuing approval of the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
