No Other Uses. All other uses of Combined Therapy Study Data (by either Party), Recipient Study Data (by BMS) and BMS Study Data (by the Recipient) are limited solely to those permitted by this Agreement, and neither Party may use such Study Data for any other purpose without the consent of the other Party during and after the Term.
