Refuse Removal. Landlord shall provide refuse removal services at the Building for ordinary office refuse and rubbish. Tenant shall pay to Landlord, Landlord’s reasonable charge for such removal to the extent that the refuse generated by Tenant exceeds the refuse customarily generated by general office tenants. Tenant shall not dispose of any refuse in the Common Areas, and if Tenant does so, Tenant shall be liable for Landlord’s reasonable charge for such removal.
Refuse Removal. Lessee shall provide for its own garbage, rubbish and refuse disposal and agrees to keep the Improved Leased Premises free and clear of debris. Lessee agrees to keep all rubbish, garbage and refuse in covered containers within the Improved Leased Premises (or at such other location identified by Lessor) and to have the same removed regularly.
Refuse Removal. 9.1 The removal of refuse shall be under the control of the HOA who may, in exercising its function in this regard, from time to time by notice in writing to all persons concerned:
9.1.1 Lay down the type and size of refuse containers to be used
9.1.2 Give directions in regard to the placing of such containers for collection
9.1.3 Require the payment of a reasonable charge for the provision of containers.
9.2 Property owners are to ensure that directions given relating to refuse removal are observed.
9.3 Removal of refuse of such size, quantity or nature that it cannot be accommodated by the normal service shall be the responsibility of the Property Owner.

Tenant shall, at Tenant’s expense, comply with all present and future Requirements regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of trash. Each separately sorted category of trash shall be placed in separate receptacles as directed by Landlord.
Refuse Removal. The committee will provide refuse receptacles and the Vendor shall notify the Committee or its designees when such receptacles are full.
Refuse Removal. Tenant shall, at its own cost and expense, provide for all trash, garbage, and refuse removal from the Premises at all times during the Term of this Lease. Tenant shall at all times comply with all health and safety laws, rules, regulations and ordinances with respect to the storage and removal of trash, garbage and refuse on and from the Premises.
Refuse Removal. Concessionaire shall comply with the provisions of Section 5.11 with regard to the disposition of trash and garbage, waste reduction and recycling. City may designate garbage or refuse disposal areas at each Terminal for use by concessionaires. City reserves the right to charge, and in such event Concessionaire shall pay to City as Additional K:RT/CDG/Concessions/Food&Beverage/Areas/T7-LAX-F&B 20l7-02-27-Contract-T7-LAX-F&B-v3 Rent a reasonable and not unjustly discriminatory pro-rata amount of the cost for removal of garbage and refuse from designated garbage or refuse disposal areas based upon CEO's good faith estimate of Concessionaire's share thereof. CEO's estimate may be based on Concessionaire's square footage compared with the square footage of the area serviced, or upon some other reasonable and not unjustly discriminatory criteria designated by CEO in CEO's good faith business judgment. City reserves the right to invoice Concessionaire for amounts due and Concessionaire shall pay the same to City as Additional Rent within fifteen (15) days of receipt of City's invoice.
Refuse Removal. Lessee shall be responsible for and shall pay for the removal of all refuse and rubbish from the Premises during the Term of the Lease.
Refuse Removal. 4.1 Residents must place their refuse in a plastic bag and dispose of the bag in the bin provided in the kitchen. It is the responsibility of the tenant to empty out his/her bin in their respective rooms. No tenant may have a bin that is full of refuse in their room. Refuse may not be left in passages or stairwells.
4.2 No refuse or garden refuse may be thrown or dumped anywhere on the communal area of the commune.
4.3 Refuse bags are not to be used as seats or toys/objects of entertainment.
Refuse Removal. Landlord shall provide a dumpster in the Common Area for the common use of all tenants of Riverwalk Crossing and shall contract for emptying of such dumpster. Tenant shall be responsible for Tenant’s Proportionate Share of the costs related thereto, with the costs thereof included in Common Area Operating Expenses. Tenant is solely responsible for trash and garbage removal from the Premises and for maintaining any trash compactor and trash receptacles designated for Tenant’s exclusive use in good and sanitary condition in compliance with all applicable laws. Tenant agrees to use only the service provided or designated for Tenant’s use by Landlord from time-to-time and to pay for such service monthly as Additional Rent. If any tenant shall elect to, or is required by Landlord or governmental authority to have additional trash removal service, such tenant shall pay for all such charges so incurred and to the extent that trash removal services are provided through Landlord and charged to all tenants, Landlord shall be entitled to charge the tenants requiring such special services the amount thereof which shall be applied to reduce the total amount of such trash removal costs before apportionment and determination of Tenant’s share thereof.
