No Payment toward Benefits after Termination. Following the Minister’s employment termination under Section 5.5, the Minister shall not be entitled to any further pay or contributions toward any insurance or retirement benefits or accrual of earned time except in exchange for a general release of all claims or as required by law.

  • Employer Compensation Upon Separation An Employee, upon her separation from employment, shall compensate the Employer for vacation which was taken but to which she was not entitled.
