No Private Agreement. There shall be no written or verbal agreement between the employee and the Employer which may conflict with the terms of the Collective Agreement except where mutually agreed between the employee, the Union and the Employer. The provisions of this Collective Agreement shall take precedence over any or all policies made by the Employer concerning wages, benefits, or working conditions affecting employees within the scope of this Collective Agreement.
