Provision of Quality Care. The parties to this Agreement share a desire to provide quality client care, to maintain professional standards, to promote the well-being and increased efficiency of employees so that the people of Newfoundland and Labrador will be well and effectively served and to establish within the framework provided by law, an effective and professional working relationship.

Provision of Quality Care. The parties to this Agreement, acknowledge that the mission of the Employer is to provide proper, quality care to all residents of its facility and in promoting and maintaining a quality of life for residents affecting their physical, social, spiritual and psychological needs through a holistic approach.

  • Certification of Compliance with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act When appropriate and to the extent consistent with the law, Vendor certifies that it will comply with the Energy Policy and Conservation Act (42 U.S.C. 6321 et seq; 49 C.F.R. Part 18) and any mandatory standards and policies relating to energy efficiency which are contained in applicable state energy conservation plans issued in compliance with the Act. Does Vendor agree?   • Data Quality 4.1 Each party ensures that the shared Personal Data is accurate.

  • WARRANTY/QUALITY Unless a longer warranty is called for elsewhere in the Contract, Contractor, manufacturer, or their assigned agents shall guarantee the workmanship, product or Services performed against defective workmanship, defects or failures of materials for a minimum period of one (1) year from District’s written approval of the Work. All workmanship and merchandise must be warranted to be in compliance with applicable California energy, conservation, environmental, and educational standards.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.
