No Promise of Continued Employment. 9.1 Executive acknowledges his employment with the Company is AT-WILL.
No Promise of Continued Employment. The Units and the granting thereof shall not constitute or be evidence of any agreement or understanding, express or implied, that you have a right to continue as an officer or employee of the Company for any period of time, or at any particular rate of compensation.

Employee acknowledges and agrees that his or her employment with Tier is at-will, meaning either party may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause or notice.

Company retains the right to terminate Participant’s employment at any time for any reason with or without notice. If Company terminates Participant’s employment, Participant shall be entitled to retain the Cash Bonus, unless such termination is for cause as defined above.

13.2 Nothing set forth herein shall constitute or be construed as a contract of employment except in so far as provided for under 13.1 hereof.
No Promise of Continued Employment. Nothing in this Plan or in any materials describing or relating to this Plan grants, nor should it be deemed to grant, any person any employment right, nor does participation in this Plan imply that any person has been employed for any specific term or duration or that any person has any right to remain in the employ of the Company. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 9 hereof, the Company retains the right to change or terminate any condition of employment of any Plan Member without regard to any effect any such change has or may have on such person's rights hereunder.
