No Recording of Lease. Tenant hereby acknowledges and agrees that it shall not record this Lease or any notice or memorandum of this Lease in any land evidence records or any other public record without the express prior written consent of Landlord. In the event of any such recording, Tenant shall be in default of this Agreement and Landlord shall have all rights and remedies available under law or in equity as a result of such recordation including, without limitation, the right to terminate this Lease.
No Recording of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Lease or a memorandum of this Lease without the prior written consent of Landlord.
No Recording of Lease. It is hereby covenanted and agreed that neither a Memorandum of Lease nor this Lease shall be recorded, nor recordable, whatsoever.
No Recording of Lease. Tenant shall not record this Lease without first obtaining the prior written consent of Landlord, which Landlord may withhold in its sole and absolute discretion. If Landlord consents to the recording of this Lease or a memorandum of this Lease, Tenant shall, at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, record a termination of such recorded document among the land records of the jurisdiction in which the Premises is located within thirty (30) days after the expiration or termination of this Lease.
No Recording of Lease. This Lease shall not be recorded by Tenant or by anyone acting through, under or on behalf of Tenant, and the recording thereof in violation of this provision shall make this Lease null and void at Landlord’s election. At Tenant’s request, Landlord agrees to execute a Notice of Lease in recordable form for recording with the Suffolk County Registry of Deeds.
No Recording of Lease. The parties agree not to record or register this Lease. At the request of either party, or such party’s lender, a memorandum of this Lease in form mutually acceptable to the parties may be recorded.
No Recording of Lease. Landlord and Tenant shall not record this Lease or any memorandum thereof, and Tenant shall indemnify Landlord against and hold Landlord harmless from any and all fees and/or taxes imposed by any governmental entity for or on account of the recording of this Lease or any memorandum thereof.
No Recording of Lease. This Lease may not be recorded without Landlord’s prior written consent, but Tenant agrees on request of Landlord to execute a memorandum hereof for recording purposes.

No Recording of Lease. Landlord and Xxxxxx hereby agree to execute, acknowledge and deliver at any time after the Commencement Date, at the request of either party, a memorandum of lease suitable for recording.
