Options within the Layoff Unit A. Employees will be laid off in accordance with seniority, as defined in Article 39, Seniority. The Employer will determine if the employee possesses the required skills and abilities for the position and the comparability of the position. No Lay-Off to Compensate for Overtime An employee shall not be required to lay-off during regular hours to equalize any overtime worked.
NO EXCEPTIONS OR REVISIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED In the event the Contract expires or is terminated for any reason, a Customer shall retain its rights under the Contract and the Purchase Order issued prior to the termination or expiration of the Contract. The Purchase Order survives the expiration or termination of the Contract for its then effective term.
Program Interactions with Other HFA Programs Other HFA program benefits may be available to the homeowner provided the HHF program maximum benefit cap of $100,000 has not been exceeded, and program funds are available. The homeowner is required to apply separately for each HFA program.

Other Leaves Without Pay 10.10.1 Upon recommendation of the Superintendent and approval by the Board of Trustees, leave without compensation, increment, seniority, or tenure credit may be granted for a period of one school year for the following purposes: Peace Corps, care for a member of the immediate family who is ill, long-term illness of the bargaining unit member, service in an elected public office, or professional study or research.
Leaves Without Pay A. Military leave shall be granted in accordance with statutory requirements.
Coordination of Definitions with U.S. Treasury Regulations Notwithstanding Article 1 of this Agreement and the definitions provided in the Annexes to this Agreement, in implementing this Agreement, [FATCA Partner] may use, and may permit [FATCA Partner] Financial Institutions to use, a definition in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations in lieu of a corresponding definition in this Agreement, provided that such application would not frustrate the purposes of this Agreement.
