No Renewal Right. ‌ Pursuant to Florida Statutes, nothing in this Article shall be construed to grant an annual contract employee a right to continued employment beyond the term of the contract, nor shall anything in this Article be construed to grant any right to continued employment for employees serving within the one- year probationary period pursuant to Florida Statutes.
