Common use of No Resale of Electricity Clause in Contracts

No Resale of Electricity. Except as contemplated by the provisions of this Agreement, the electricity purchased by Purchaser from Seller under this Agreement shall not be resold, assigned or otherwise transferred to any other person without prior approval of the Seller, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, and Purchaser shall not take any action which would cause Purchaser or Seller to become a utility or public service company.
