No Right of Employment. Executive and the Company acknowledge that the employment of Executive by the Company is "at will," and prior to the date of a Change in Control, may be terminated by either Executive or the Company at any time. Upon a termination of Executive's employment prior to the date of a Change in Control, there shall be no further rights under this Agreement and this Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force and effect.
