Termination Indemnities. The value of the RSUs is an extraordinary item of compensation outside the scope of your employment contract, if any. As such, the RSUs are not part of normal or expected compensation for purposes of calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, end of service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement benefits or similar payments to which you may be otherwise entitled.

The value of the Units and any other awards granted under the Plan is an extraordinary item of compensation outside the scope of the Employee’s employment (and the Employee’s employment contract, if any). Any grant under the Plan, including the grant of the Units, is not part of normal or expected compensation for purposes of calculating any severance, resignation, redundancy, end of service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement benefits, or similar payments.
