No Special Employment Rights. No provision of this Agreement shall grant or confer upon, or shall be construed to grant or confer upon, the Executive any right with respect to the continuation of his employment by the Company or to otherwise affect in any respect the terms and conditions of such employment except to the extent expressly provided hereunder.
