Common use of NO STRIKE STATEMENT Clause in Contracts

NO STRIKE STATEMENT. During the term of this agreement and any mutual extension thereof no employee covered by this agreement, nor the Association, nor any person acting on behalf of the Association shall ever or at any time engage in, authorize, or instigate any picketing, any recognition of any picket line at the School District’s premises, any strike, slowdown or other refusal to tender full and complete services to the Board, or any activity whatsoever which would disrupt in any manner in whole or in part the operation of the School District.
