Seniority, RIF, Recall. Seniority for school nurses governed by this Agreement shall be calculated from the first date of employment by the West Springfield School Committee. Currently employed school nurses shall have their seniority calculated in the same manner, i.e., from the first date of employment by the West Springfield School Committee. Any nurse who leaves the system in good faith and is rehired within two (2) years will be granted all benefits previously earned.

  • Seniority Lost Seniority will be lost when an employee:
